Simply make a purchase to cover your postage and provide your shipping and contact details. Then, return to the LIVE session and claim your items by typing 'CLAIM' when instructed by Lis during the Live. That's when you can secure your gorgeous items and exclusive deals!

If there are options for colours and/or sizes, please remember to comment 'CLAIM' followed by your chosen colour and size (if applicable) during the Live.

When checking this out, basket will show £0.00 and add £5.50 DPD next day delivery postage at final stage of checkout. Now you're all set to start claiming items on the LIVE!

We will then add your claimed items to your shopping basket order that you have purchased here, allowing you to relax and enjoy the the session. This way, you only need to leave the Live once to shop all your favourite items, and everything will be shipped together in one delivery!

Finalising Your Order: After the live, we’ll email you an invoice to settle the balance of your claimed items during the live session. Please settle up by 12 noon the following day so we can ship everything by 3pm. If you need to close your basket before the end of the session, DM us privately! 

***please note if your order has not been settled within the timeframe, you items will go back on sale and your postage will be refunded back to you. If you have any issues please do not hesitate to message or email us.
