FAQ's on IG LIVE Shopping

How do I shop during your Instagram Live sessions?

Simply visit our website and open your TCCW Live Shopping Basket. Add it to your cart, enter your details, and pay for £5.50 next-day DPD shipping.

Now we know where to send your lovely items to and you've covered your postage it's time to fill up you parcel or your box! (or box, depending on how dangerously fun your shopping spree gets) Make the most of your postage girl :)

Okay hun, you're set up, head back to our Live session and get claiming!

How do I claim items during the Live session?

When you see an item you love, simply comment “CLAIM” followed by the colour and size (if applicable) you want. Wait until Lis finishes explaining all the details before claiming to ensure you don’t miss anything!

How do I pay for my order and items I have claimed?

Once the Live ends, we’ll send you an email with a unique link to your basket. This will show an invoice to pay for your items you have claimed.

We accept payments through Klarna, Clearpay, Paypal, Apply pay and various major credit and debit cards. We kindly ask that you settle your invoice by 12pm the next day.

Please settle your payment by 12pm the next day so we can ship your items out as quickly as possible. If you’d like to close your basket before the end of the session, please DM us privately.

Can I claim multiple items?

Yes! You can claim as many items as you’d like during the session. All claims will be added to your shopping basket, and you only need to pay for shipping once.

Can I combine orders from different Live sessions or any other previous website orders?

Yes! If you have an open order or box on hold, we’ll add any new claims to your existing order to save on shipping. No need to create a new basket! After a live session if you would like us to hold your order until a certain day please DM us.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is just £5.50 for next-day DPD delivery, and we combine your items into one order to save you costs on multiple shipments. UK Only. Certain regions of the UK will be shipped via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery but is the same cost.

Can I change my claims during the Live if I made a mistake?

Please try your best to claim on the correct items to avoid any confusion but we do understand in the heat of the moment a change may need to be made. If you need to make any changes, please pop a comment on the Live session as quick as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you but

What if I miss a claim during the Live and I want it to be added to my basket?

No worries! Feel free to DM us after the session, and we’ll check if any items are still available. Alternatively, you can purchase via the website as normal after the live. However, you will have to pay for an additional postage upfront and wait for the refund to come back to you which can take a few days.

What happens if I don’t pay for my order in time?

If the invoice isn’t settled by 12pm the next day, your order will be cancelled, and your items will be returned to stock.

Can I return or exchange items I purchase during the Live?

  • Full Price Items: If the item is full price and clearly listed as such, you have 7 days from delivery to return it if required.
  • Deal Items: For items purchased as part of a deal, we accept exchanges only.
  • Sale Items: Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Lis will clearly explain which category each item falls into during the live session. If you’re unsure, please don’t hesitate to ask, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

Can I still use coupons when paying my invoice?

Yes, you can still use your coupon codes when settling your invoice at checkout! Even better, you’ll have more time to look over and check which codes you have available to use, without the rush to want to hop back on the live.

Why don’t you use TikTok instead of Instagram as they have all the in app shopping features?

We’ve been going back and forth on TikTok for a while. One minute, we’re ready to dive in 150%, and the next, we get cold feet for a number of reasons. While TikTok is a great platform, we’ve chosen Instagram for our Live shopping sessions because it gives us more control over our deals and business. On TikTok, even the smallest error can lead to restrictions, preventing us from selling to our full potential—which is a risk no business should have to take. Additionally, TikTok takes high commission fees, which could force us to either raise prices or compete at unsustainable levels. When you look at what TikTok can do, there's really nothing we can’t do on Instagram—but better.

Instagram hasn’t necessarily provided us with all the tools we’d love in-app, but I’m up for the challenge! With my little tech brain, I’m determined to figure out how we can make Instagram just as seamless for Live shopping as TikTok. We’re ready to make all the right noise in all the right places on Instagram, selling women's fashion in an interactive and personalised way!
